Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse LVN to join our team and provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, ranging from 8 to 16-hour shifts.
  • Assist patients with transitioning home from the hospital and provide continuous care to remain at home with their loved ones.
  • Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care, administer medication, and provide health education to patients and their families.
  • Document care provided in our system of record and communicate with physicians, patients, and families as needed.

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice.
  • Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS.
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months).
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
