The Relationship Banker at Telhio Credit Union will be responsible for delivering exceptional member service and financial solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will uncover and satisfy the needs of our members, ensuring they receive extraordinary service and innovative financial solutions.

• Perform all transactions in DNA accurately and efficiently, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
• Process credit card payments through our 3rd party portal.
• Manage IRA/HSA transactions in Ascensus Open IRAs and HSAs.
• Process member requests for wires as needed.
• Inform members about products, services, and current promotions.
• Cross-sell credit union products by answering inquiries, informing members of new services and product promotions, and directing customers to lobby and partner representatives.
• Comply with all applicable Telhio policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Maintain member confidence and protect credit union operations by keeping information confidential and cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
• Balance cash drawers accurately.
• Participate in dual-control functions and assist with audits as requested.
• Open consumer accounts in DNA.
• Perform account maintenance for consumer and business members.
• Process disputes for consumer and business members.
• Closes loans for members in branch as needed.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.

• Three or more years of member/customer service experience.
• Three or more years of financial services experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work some Saturday hours.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass a background check, including credit, drug screen, bondability, and criminal background.
