About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Banking Professional. As a key member of our Consumer and Small Business Banking team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Process teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make appropriate introductions to bankers to support customer engagement.
  • Operational Activities: Complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies.
  • Customer Support: Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently through knowledge of bank procedures and products, as well as partners across the organization.
  • Communication: Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6+ months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Skills: Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems, ability to educate and connect customers to technology, and ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
