Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver / Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene, support those with behavioral challenges, and help participants achieve their developmental goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and provide a safe and respectful environment
  • Help participants achieve their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist with daily routines, such as meal preparation and medication management

Requirements

  • No high school diploma required
  • No experience required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Skills: communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Behaviors: patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
