The Silver Lake Regional School District and Superintendency Union 31 seek a district-wide lead health provider for the remainder of the school year.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid Registered Nurse license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.
Experience as a school or public health nurse is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer student health assessments, medications, and treatments in accordance with established first aid protocols and procedures.
Administer first aid and emergency aid in accordance with established first aid protocols and procedures.
Assume all other duties involving health-related issues as deemed necessary by the building-level administrator and Nurse Leader.

WORK SCHEDULE:
5 days a week during the school year.

EVALUATION:
Job performance will be evaluated annually by the Nurse Leader.
