**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Residential Electrician to join our team at Power Plus Systems, LLC. As a Residential Electrician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional electrical solutions for residential projects, including service calls, quality control checks, and hot checks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on electrical installations to guarantee compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform hot checks to identify and resolve safety hazards, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Install and wire electrical systems for residential projects, adhering to local electrical codes and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to assess their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prioritize safety and maintain a clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Install and maintain residential generators, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.

**Requirements:**

  • Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations, including local and national standards.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints, ensuring accurate installations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in generator installation is a plus, but not required.
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders, with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Color vision and ability to work with mandatory safety equipment, including hard hats and safety glasses.
