Production Environment Manager

Job Summary:
Top Secret Clearance Jobs is seeking an experienced Production Environment Manager to oversee the operation of production environments, including systems and databases. This role requires a strong background in cloud computing, Linux system administration, networking, storage, compute, and virtualization.
The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly learn new technical disciplines. Experience in cloud technical support, operations, NOC, or similar is preferred but not required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of OCI Cloud Infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and support for complex technical issues.
- Coordinate escalated support cases and lead internal technical resources and/or third-party vendors to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and implement standardization projects for hardware and software under the Oracle technology stack.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Strong experience in cloud technical support, operations, NOC, or similar.
- Excellent customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to learn new technical disciplines quickly and train others.
Annual Salary:$129,400 - $258,800 per year.
