Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid Virginia driver's license required
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and adherence to a standard work schedule. The noise level in the work environment is usually low, and the employee is subject to normal work conditions as required in an office setting.
