Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team. The selected candidate will be responsible for design, development, modification, and evaluation of complex signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototype development systems.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate complex signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototype development systems
- Technical responsibility for planning and executing technical programs, projects, or phases of projects to include customer interface, requirements development, design reviews, integration and test, and technical interchanges
- System engineering and advanced research and development associated with designing of products during pre-delivery design, integration, and acceptance
- Technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
- US citizenship
- Active DoD SECRET security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another relevant field
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing and implementing real-time system architectures for one or more of the following applications: signal detection, geolocation, modulation/demodulation of modern digital communication waveforms, direction-finding, beamforming, adaptive array processing, radar range and Doppler processing, spread-spectrum, and/or MIMO communications
- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another relevant field
- Experience leading development and integration of prototype and/or production RF mission systems
- Experience leading development and integration of RF mission payloads into manned and/or unmanned airborne platforms
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills
