Job Summary

Azure Summit Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating complex signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototype development systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototype development systems
  • Lead system engineering and advanced research and development associated with designing products during pre-delivery design, integration, and acceptance
  • Technical responsibility for planning and executing technical programs, projects, or phases of projects to include customer interface, requirements development, design reviews, integration and test, and technical interchanges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our customers

Requirements:

  • US citizenship
  • Active DoD SECRET security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience developing and implementing real-time system architectures for one or more of the following applications: signal detection, geolocation, modulation/demodulation of modern digital communication waveforms, direction-finding, beamforming, adaptive array processing, radar range and Doppler processing, spread-spectrum, and/or MIMO communications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or another relevant field
  • Experience leading development and integration of prototype and/or production RF mission systems
  • Experience leading development and integration of RF mission payloads into manned and/or unmanned airborne platforms
