Position Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis, driven by performance. This role is essential for strengthening our relationships with healthcare providers and fostering community involvement through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Profile Management: Regularly update and manage provider profiles on reputation management platforms, ensuring timely responses to online feedback. This includes collaborating with vendors and analyzing performance reports.
Provider Onboarding: Support the marketing integration of new providers into CLS Health. Responsibilities include creating promotional materials, verifying information for our website, and preparing additional marketing collateral.
Event Planning and Community Outreach: Organize and implement events designed to boost provider visibility and community interaction, thereby amplifying our brand's presence. This includes coordinating monthly luncheons for new providers and engaging in local events.
Creative Content Development: Leverage graphic design expertise to produce compelling marketing materials that align with our strategic goals. Assist in crafting brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content, while managing publication schedules.
Financial Oversight: Manage the budgetary aspects of marketing initiatives and events to ensure optimal resource allocation. Responsibilities include processing invoices and tracking departmental budgets.

Qualifications:
