As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis team.

Your Responsibilities:
Financial Data Management and Analysis You will thrive in this position if you possess strong technical skills, particularly in Excel, and have experience or a desire to work with our primary software tools:
Enhance and refine financial reporting in Tableau
Extract and analyze data from our ERP system, Workday
Utilize Adaptive, our comprehensive administrative cost budgeting tool
Employ your creativity to effectively communicate your analysis to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
You should excel at crafting reports that are appropriately detailed:
providing just the right amount of information, presented clearly for the intended audience.
Ad Hoc Reporting and Analysis There is significant potential in this area.

Your Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or four years of relevant work experience. (Required)
At least one year of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, accounting, or auditing. (Required)
A self-motivated individual with a passion for learning.
Proficient and efficient in Excel skills (Required)
Familiarity with Tableau, Workday, and Adaptive, or similar software (Preferred)

The compensation for this role will vary based on several factors, including geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.
National Salary Range:
$67,000 - $89,100.00
National Plus Salary Range:
$67,000 - $101,600.00
The National Plus salary range applies in higher cost labor markets.
