Responsibilities
Key Job Duties:
1. Conduct initial investigations and follow-up for security incidents, documenting findings in a comprehensive security report.
2. Perform proactive foot and vehicle patrols across the entire facility, ensuring safety in all areas.

3. Respond to radio calls for various services, including escorts, property retrieval, disturbances, and emergency codes.

4. Stay updated on all mandatory training, including CPI, PPCT, and necessary computer courses, and receive annual flu vaccinations.
5. Monitor surveillance cameras and manage footage as required.
6. Operate the C-cure program, including granting access and securing doors.
7. Maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions with colleagues, visitors, and patients, adhering to the department's dress code.
8. Demonstrate the ability to de-escalate and manage security situations effectively.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- BLS certification required upon hire; PPCT and CPI certifications required within six months.
- Valid driver's license, computer proficiency, and writing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma with some college experience preferred.
- Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement.
- First aid certification.
