Role Overview:

Insight Global is looking for a dedicated individual to become a part of their IT Support team during the implementation of M365, OneDrive, and SharePoint online. The selected candidate will handle incoming calls and resolve tickets related to user issues and inquiries concerning these platforms. Strong customer service skills are essential, including the ability to respond promptly and effectively to requests via telephone, email, and chat. Participation in regular team meetings to discuss prevalent user challenges and proactive strategies for resolution is expected.

Compensation:

Hourly rate ranges from $25 to $30, commensurate with experience.

Compensation may vary based on multiple factors, including skills, experience, and educational background.

Benefits will commence on the 31st day of employment and include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with options for HSA, FSA, and DCFSA accounts, and access to a 401k retirement plan with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and other paid time off as mandated by applicable laws.
