About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at United Brands, a leading global compressed gas company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled sales professional to take on a challenging role and drive business growth.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and developing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the compressed gas industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and experience in managing complex sales processes. You will also have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Manage complex sales processes

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.

Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the compressed gas industry
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing complex sales processes
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Bachelor's degree
