Senior Manager, Product Management

About the Role:

The Senior Manager, Product Management - Platform will lead the platform supporting all WCT commercialized offerings. This role requires high comfort with ambiguity, thoughtful decision making, and deep experience in platform areas such as IAM, data, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define WCT Platform stack requirements, own the roadmap for rollout, and monitor progress to milestones.
  • Ensure key metrics are in place to define success and continuously iterate to meet the needs of the evolving WCT solutions portfolio.
  • Make thoughtful decisions to build, buy, or partner across components and leverage WMT internal components when appropriate.
  • Manage programs to follow WMT operational processes to ensure smooth deployment and ongoing development for all WCT SaaS products.
  • Collaborate with WCT engineering, 3P teams, or WMT internal teams to build out the platform stack.
  • Own the overarching strategy in line with long-term WCT goals, various needs of WCT offerings, continually keeping in line with SaaS industry standards and keeping up with internal WMT developments to find appropriate leverage opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management.
  • Proven ability to program manage and operationalize deployment processes in a large company.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platform industry standards and related areas such as IAM, Data etc.
  • Proven ability to define and execute product roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
