Your Contribution

We are seeking an Electromechanical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing corrective, preventative, predictive, safety, and emergency repairs to electrical machinery and electronic equipment used in our manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshooting facility wiring, electronic controls, including servo/stepper motor controls, process equipment, and general mechanical equipment.
  • Completing accurate records via our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
  • Troubleshooting machine and system failures in a timely manner and providing corrective actions.
  • Using schematics, blueprints, and diagrams to aid in effective troubleshooting of electronic hardware, vacuum systems, hydraulic systems, basic mechanical systems, and pneumatic systems.
  • Calibrating electronic controllers and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing project support on internal projects.
  • Assisting Engineering personnel in conducting process and project evaluation and problem-solving.
  • Assisting in building and grounds maintenance when needed.
  • Moving, assembling, installing, adjusting, repairing, and servicing all standard production machinery and equipment.
  • Maintaining good housekeeping.
  • Working overtime as required and responding to emergency call-ins.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years' electromechanical training and PLC knowledge for troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
  • Four (4) years' experience in mechanical, electrical repair, and PLC troubleshooting and repair for production equipment.
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
  • US Person status may be required due to the nature of work performed at this facility.
