As they continue to expand, they seek a committed Techno-Functional Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with substantial expertise in the NetSuite ERP system to assist the finance department and ensure adherence to SOX regulations.

Job Summary:
The Techno-Functional BSA will be instrumental in supporting the finance team with auditing, data modeling, reporting, and integration with external vendors. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert in NetSuite, particularly in finance, with additional knowledge in supply chain management and inventory control being advantageous. This role requires collaboration with business partners, establishing controls and processes, and enhancing system functionality to optimize overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Support: Facilitate SOX compliance auditing and ensure financial closing processes meet regulatory standards.
  • Job Scaling & Data Modeling: Assist in job scaling initiatives and create effective data models to enhance reporting and analytics.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain custom reports, saved searches, and ad hoc reporting tailored to the finance team's requirements.
  • Customer Data Management: Oversee customer data and bundles through third-party vendors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • NetSuite Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in NetSuite, advising the finance team on optimizing system configuration and functionality.
  • Integration Management: Work with external vendors for seamless integration and data flow.
  • System Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues within NetSuite, collaborating closely with business partners.
  • Deployment of Changes: Support the implementation of new changes, functionalities, and releases within the NetSuite ERP system.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Lead UAT processes for new features to ensure successful deployment.
  • Workflow Automation: Engage in automating workflows related to payables and procurement processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the finance team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and system optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Techno-Functional BSA, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite ERP.
  • NetSuite Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite modules, especially in finance.
  • SOX Compliance: Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and auditing practices.
  • Reporting Skills: Experience in developing custom reports and utilizing NetSuite's reporting tools.
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with integration processes involving third-party vendors.
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities; effective communication with both IT and business stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
