About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Golden Steps ABA. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for our pediatric patients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on client data and progress.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) on patient caseload.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in external collaborations with other service providers.
  • Conduct regular data reviews and communicate findings to team members.
  • Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to BACB standards.
  • Perform comprehensive initial intakes and recurring assessments.
  • Develop and implement discharge and transition plans for clients.
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam within one month.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA principles.
