Job Summary

Greenfield Savings Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Teller I to join our team. As a key member of our banking operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while processing transactions efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide unparalleled customer service through a high level of professionalism, both in person and over the phone.
  • Transaction Processing
    • Process routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, and issuing official items, quickly and accurately.
  • Relationship Building
    • Identify customers' needs for additional services and transfer them to the appropriate staff.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance and reconcile daily transactions, maintain adequate cash, and buy/sell from cash dispensers.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work with branch leadership on relationship-based selling skills and contribute to building a positive team environment.
  • Professional Development
    • Assume responsibility for self-improvement through training courses and personal curiosity.
  • Compliance
    • Understand and comply with the Bank's policies, procedures, and legal guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to perform simple math calculations.
  • Desired Experience
    • An individual eager to learn the sales process.
