Job Summary:

We are looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with expertise in critical care to work in our fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality respiratory therapy services to patients in various settings, including ICU and acute care units.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Conduct diagnostic testing and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Mentor and educate colleagues on best practices and new technologies.
  • Supervise shift therapists and provide guidance on complex cases.

Requirements:

  • Current RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • Licensed Registered Respiratory Therapist in the State of Arizona.
  • CPR certification and ACLS/PALS/NRP within 12 months of employment.
  • 2+ years of experience in respiratory therapy, preferably in acute care or ICU settings.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to teach and guide staff.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
