- A true leader, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders, and act as a role model to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in delivering excellence in customer service and store standards, by developing others, setting, and communicating clear expectations.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to work to agreed timescales and manage or support resourcing planning and scheduling.
- Experience as a Key Holder, including being available for emergency call-outs, securing the property and premise, and maintaining a safe and efficient place of work.
We offer a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $103,000, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
