About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Store 1509-Providence Place-ANN-Providence, RI 02903. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Leading by example on the sales floor, modeling the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers.
  • Coaching and developing associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections.
  • Creating an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
  • Utilizing technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.
  • Supporting the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
  • Driving operational excellence and financial discipline through data analysis and reporting.
What You'll Bring
  • 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
