Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Instructor/Developer to join our team in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. As a key member of our learning team, you will be responsible for delivering technical training to dealership technicians and apprentice trainees.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in automotive technology or post-secondary certificate.
  • BMW Master technician, or equivalent OEM Master technician, or ASE Master technician (A1-A8).
  • 5+ years' experience in any of the following fields: BMW Master tech, Automotive technical instructor, OEM or Aftermarket automotive product engineering, OEM or Aftermarket automotive service engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver practical workshop training sessions and theoretical instruction in a workshop environment.
  • Develop and install relevant diagnostic tasks in vehicles for workshop training sessions.
  • Organize and maintain the professional appearance and operation of the training facility.
  • Assist in representing BMW Group University at assigned functions.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $57,900 - 125,000 based on location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
