We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ford Certified Master Technician to join our team at Bill McCandless Ford. As a key member of our service department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday-Thursday or Wednesday-Saturday, 7AM-5PM. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional technical expertise, outstanding communication skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

">

Your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • Determining and discussing vehicle issues with customers and service advisors, providing clear and concise information on current work and future needs.

  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems, adhering to manufacturer specifications and ensuring quality inspections are performed.

  • Communicating directly with service advisors to keep customers informed of any additional service needs and providing estimates for new repairs.

  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • A valid Pennsylvania Safety Inspection License.

  • Emissions Inspection License.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
