As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, education, and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing your knowledge, skill, and judgment to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Participate in patient/family/staff education, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
  • Maintain current knowledge and standards of professional nursing practice, staying up-to-date on the latest developments in geropsychiatric care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Texas or Compact State LVN licensure.
  • 1 year experience preferred, with a strong background in geropsychiatric care.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • CPI or COAP certification within 3 months.
