  • Process bulk coin, access safety deposit boxes, and sell products such as money orders, vehicle registration stickers, gift cards, and postage stamps.
  • Maintain an accurate balance of cash and checks, reconcile, and negotiate foreign currency transactions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of a full range of credit union products and services to answer member questions and identify cross-sell opportunities.
  • Access, balance, and report ATM figures and process incoming mail as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous cash handling experience.
  • Basic computer skills to include MS applications and web navigation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Accountable to our corporate competencies.
  • Team player.
  • Proactive.
  • Reliable.
  • Ability to work full days at a 45" counter.
  • Ability to manage large amounts of coin (up to approximately 50 pounds).
