Job Summary:

The Hearing Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring patients receive quality care and service. This position works closely with clinical staff to schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, and provide support to referring physicians and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude
Schedule appointments and confirm patient details
Collect patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
Provide first-level support to patients, answer questions, and process payments
Assist with event planning and logistics for community outreach events

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a healthcare environment preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and EMR/EHR systems
