Administrative Coordinator

As an Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both teammates and customers. This includes answering phone calls, assisting clients with their needs in a timely and professional manner, and tracking and recording information daily. You will also be responsible for office administrative duties such as preparing email and written correspondence, performing detailed and accurate data entry, and assisting other departments as needed.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly dependable and self-motivated individual with excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail. You should have a minimum of 1+ year of administrative or office-related experience and possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Additionally, you should be able to learn new software, including Xactimate and proprietary software, and have a minimum of HSD/GED.
