Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes.
About the Role:- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for patients
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner
- Provide health education and training to patients and their families
- 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
