Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will work one-on-one with our patients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Implement physician-prescribed plans of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in our system of record
  • Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
  • Communicate with physicians, clients, family members, and staff on patient concerns and changes in condition

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice
  • CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation
