Service Writer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Writer to join our RV service department at Pulva. As a Service Writer, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and the service team, ensuring that repair and maintenance requests are efficiently communicated and handled.

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assessing their RV service needs, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.
• Create detailed service orders, clearly outlining repair needs, parts, and labor, to ensure accurate estimates and efficient workflow.
• Work closely with technicians to communicate job details, coordinate scheduling, and ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services, and keep customers informed about the progress of their RV service.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and filed appropriately, and coordinate warranty claims and manufacturer-related service requests.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and service team to ensure clear communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Previous experience in a service writing, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the automotive or RV industry.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with service writing software or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of RV systems and repair processes is a plus, but not required.
