Ideal candidates will possess experience in jury trials within New Jersey, demonstrating self-motivation and independent thinking. Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and strong writing and communication abilities are essential, as is the capacity to collaborate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have a background in insurance defense litigation, specifically in areas such as commercial auto, trucking, and premises liability. While experience in insurance coverage is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
To qualify, applicants must hold a JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and maintain an active license in good standing in New Jersey. A minimum of 7-10 years of litigation and jury trial experience in New Jersey is required.
