Key Responsibilities- Manage Lounge Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of lounge staff to ensure smooth operations, compliance with procedures, and safety regulations.
- Lead by Example: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, setting the standard for our team members.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems in a timely and professional manner to ensure a quality experience.
- Training and Development: Train, develop, and empower lounge staff to achieve their full potential and provide exceptional customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a fast-paced bar setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read and interpret documents, and communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and other employees.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to tobacco smoke and occasional exposure to loud noises and bright lights. The employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle or feel, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
