Job Overview

Your primary duties will encompass interpreting technical drawings, overseeing machinery operations, and evaluating welded structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze blueprints and schematics to devise effective layouts.
  • Perform welding on various components, including copper piping, structural beams, and extensive pipelines.
  • Utilize specialized industrial welding equipment and supervise machines executing similar tasks.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on all welding machinery.
  • Inspect welded surfaces and components to detect any discrepancies.
  • Adhere to and enforce stringent safety protocols, including the use of protective gear such as heat-resistant gloves and safety masks.
  • Monitor machinery to ensure proper operation and temperature control.
  • Execute welding tasks in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Valid welding certification from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of welding experience.
  • Strong knowledge of welding machinery, electrical tools, and manual equipment.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must successfully complete a welding test.

$22.00 – $32.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
