Your Role:
As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will motivate a sales team and cultivate outstanding customer experiences within our retail environment. In this capacity, you will:

  • Inspire store teams and nurture top-performing sales specialists by achieving sales objectives and optimizing store presentation.
  • Foster an exceptional in-store atmosphere that enhances customer satisfaction with our brand and offerings, guiding them in selecting our wireless products and services.
  • Lead your team by addressing customer concerns and facilitating transactions.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate your team to provide an unparalleled customer experience.
  • Identify skill gaps in sales techniques and develop tailored plans to exceed individual sales goals and quotas.
  • Oversee store operations, including staffing analysis, financial reporting, cash management, compliance adherence, and troubleshooting issues to ensure store functionality.
  • Manage inventory by restocking products, ensuring device security, and maintaining store cleanliness.
  • Ensure compliance with merchandising standards and planogram guidelines as per company expectations.
  • Complete all store opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or two or more years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of three years of pertinent work experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility to work additional shifts as needed, particularly during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in a related field.
- Proven ability to achieve positive outcomes in a collaborative environment with individual commission structures.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust and influence others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
