Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Officer to join our team at State Street Corporation. As a key member of our regulatory reporting team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory filings for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in client-facing project calls to discuss regulatory reporting requirements and timelines.
  • Oversee the regulatory production calendar for clients, ensuring timely completion of regulatory filings.
  • Prepare and review regulatory calculations and forms for each client, working closely with clients to resolve any queries or issues.
  • Develop strong internal team relationships and manage internal clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Analyze data automation needs to improve business results and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Participate in team-specific and department-wide projects to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely and accurately summarize complex issues in written form.
  • Initiative and ability to create innovative solutions to problems without close supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • High degree of IT literacy, particularly in MS Excel, with knowledge of automation tools such as VBA, Alteryx, Python, and UiPath an advantage.
Education and Qualifications
  • Degree or qualification in Accounting or Finance or Business-related area.
  • Experience within the funds industry is mandatory, with project management experience desirable.
