Finance Regulatory Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Finance Regulatory Reporting team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of regulatory reports for our clients.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance and regulatory reporting, with experience in preparing and reviewing regulatory reports. You will be responsible for:
- Participating in client-facing project calls to discuss regulatory reporting requirements
- Oversight of the regulatory production calendar for clients
- Preparing and reviewing regulatory calculations and forms for each client
- Developing internal team relationships and managing internal clients
- Analyzing data automation needs to improve business results
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely and accurately summarize complex issues in written form
- Initiative and the ability to create innovative solutions to problems without a high degree of supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- The ability to perform effectively within strict deadlines
- High degree of IT literacy, particularly in MS Excel
- Knowledge of automation tools such as VBA, Alteryx, Python, and UiPath
