About the Job

We are seeking a Document Specialist to join our team at Cyfle. As a Document Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving quality documents in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve quality documents
  • Verify supplier purchase orders and customer orders
  • Assist in answering quality questions from other departments
  • Pull missing paperwork and correct pack slips for customers
  • Review shipping documents and packing for quality review

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience in documents, preferably in aerospace manufacturing
  • Analytical and creative skills to find solutions to problems
  • Proficient using PC and software applications
  • Advanced mathematical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency
  • Ability to work on numerous projects at once

Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per year
