Position Title: Sustainment Engineer

Company: Fluid Management, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the engineering documentation for products that have been released.
  • Assist cross-functional teams in addressing quality and manufacturing challenges.
  • Execute modifications to existing product designs based on user feedback.
  • Lead inquiries to resolve product quality issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • In-depth knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP systems and technical documentation.
  • Exceptional collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with engineering testing and evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with World Class Manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
  • Certification in SolidWorks.
  • Background in a High Mix, Low Volume manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
