Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our dynamic regional teams across 32 states. As a BCaBA with PBS Corp, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing high-quality ABA services to help individuals achieve their clinical goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized behavior plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Implement behavior plans through direct intervention and supervision of support staff, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze data using PBS data collection systems, providing valuable insights to inform treatment decisions.
  • Prepare and submit written reports, updates, and graphical analyses within designated timelines, meeting the requirements of funding sources.
  • Provide caregiver training and supervision of behavior assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and other service professionals to enhance and integrate intervention, ensuring a cohesive and effective support network.
  • Attend regional meetings and contribute to the development of best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate and timely session progress notes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with team members.
Requirements
  • BCaBA certification
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Level Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Working experience in ABA, including practicum/internship experience
  • Availability for in-person services
