We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Amergis. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral services to students with academic and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and develop targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with school staff to provide training and ongoing support to ensure effective implementation of applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs and abilities of each student.
- Monitor progress and collect, analyze, and report data to ensure program validity and efficacy.
- Support and coach school staff to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Masters degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology, or a related field.
- Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools, with a minimum of one year of pediatric experience.
- Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice.
- Participation in Amergis Competency program and completion of new hire training.
