Job Title: Superintendent - Commercial Interiors

At CyberCoders, we are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee all aspects of construction on luxury commercial office projects. This role requires strong experience and knowledge in construction, interiors, healthcare, and mission critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project plans and timelines are met.
  • Review and approve all change orders and ensure proper communication with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and any potential risks.
  • Manage and mentor on-site team members, including foremen and laborers.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Prior experience working on luxury commercial office projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, interior finishes, healthcare, and mission critical environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
  • OSHA certification (preferred).
