Commercial Roofing Superintendent Opportunity

GPAC is partnering with a reputable commercial roofing company to find a skilled Roofing Superintendent to join their team. The company is seeking a professional with experience in managing crews on commercial roofing sites, identifying safety-related issues, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct crews on commercial roofing sites
  • Identify and correct safety-related issues
  • Work with project supervisors to set daily goals and direct crews to meet those goals
  • Coordinate project activities with interior operations of the building
  • Protect the building and building content during projects
  • Understand and oversee the installation of roofing materials and systems
  • Communicate with crew members, project supervisors, and business owners
  • Maintain project sites in a neat and orderly fashion

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial roofing experience
  • Experience in communicating with clients and representing a reputable company
  • Management experience with field individuals
