Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and make a positive impact on their educational journey.

Responsibilities

">
  • Provide speech therapy services to students with communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular progress monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Communication Disorders or related field.
  • New Jersey SLP License required.
  • Minimum 1+ years experience as an SLP, preferably in a school setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

">

The salary for this position is $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

About the Role

">

This is a full-time position, working 4 days per week, with a caseload of 32 students. The role is based at two school sites, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
