Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Instrument Fitter to join our team at Yokogawa Electric Corporation. As an Instrument Fitter, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and complex integration tasks related to analytical systems and providing technical support on Yokogawa hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate analyzer system projects from customer-approved drawings.
  • Perform functional testing of completed analyzer system packages, verifying conformance to customer specifications, industry standards, and Yokogawa's minimum acceptable standards.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide feedback to operations and sales for additional or expanded service opportunities.
  • Support multiple customers, working independently to conduct systems operational tests and provide feedback to operations, sales, Technical Support Center, and Quality Assurance on system product functionality and service task information necessary to maintain quality and competitive standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of new technologies and be willing to travel for job assignments and work outside the normal eight-to-five work day/week.

Requirements:
  • Vocational School diploma, Associate's degree, equivalent technical courses, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the integration of electrical systems, with knowledge of National Electrical Code and industrial sampling systems.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
