Job SummaryThis position offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a strong cultural heritage. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including physical, spiritual, emotional, and social health assessments and interventions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as CMAs, RN Case Managers, Clinical Pharmacists, and therapists, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in educational programs and training sessions to maintain current knowledge and skills.
- Candidate must have a Master's degree in Nursing and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Guaranteed annual base salary: $ $145,000 per year, plus benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, relocation assistance, and full coverage of medical, dental, retirement, PTO, and vision expenses.
- $10,000 signing bonus and $10,000 retention bonus.
- Relocation package includes full coverage of moving expenses and 1 vehicle.
