Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service by handling customers' financial needs efficiently, professionally, and with a focus on promoting the banc's products and services. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to the needs of the branch, deepen and retain customer relationships, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service while opening new accounts, conducting needs assessments, and servicing transactions.
  • Adapt to the needs of the branch and promote the banc's products and services.
  • Deepen and retain customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Serve as a hybrid relationship banker, ensuring exceptional customer experience and focusing on sales and service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of retail banking experience in a financial services industry.
  • 1 year experience explaining credit products and accepting/closing loan applications.
  • Intermediate math skills and ability to calculate interest and percentages.
  • Excellent knowledge of bank deposits, credit products, and services.
  • Relationship building, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range:$60,000 - $90,000 per annum.
