Senior Fundraising Specialist

The Womens Home is seeking a seasoned Senior Fundraising Specialist to join our development team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure gifts of $10,000 and above, while building and maintaining relationships with key donors.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, ensuring a positive and rewarding philanthropic experience.
  • Work closely with the development team to leverage resources and maximize fundraising impact.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum 5 years of major gift fundraising experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
