Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Manager to provide administrative support to the Vice President for University Advancement and contribute to the execution of strategic fundraising initiatives.

About The Role

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position at the University of St. Thomas. We offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the execution of strategic fundraising and engagement initiatives with the VPUA and other leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point person for the VPUA to manage the flow of information within the office.
  • Direct internal and external communications for the VPUA.
  • Liaise with senior management team members and other direct reports in support of VPUA.
  • Provide project management oversight and execution for ongoing and ad-hoc fundraising projects.
  • Maintain Slate database with VPUA's contact reports and action items related to donor activity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of administrative support and/or advancement experience.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative to problem-solve.
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-directed, and motivated.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.
